MARC will be located in a renovated area within an existing building located at 270 Longwood Rd. S. Transforming a former appliance warehouse into a state-of- the art research facility, where academic, government and industrial partners will collaborate to develop new technology that can diversify Hamilton's economic base and create new employment

The McMaster Automotive Resource Centre (MARC) will allow the University to accelerate automotive research, improving educational and employment opportunities across Hamilton and beyond. MARC will occupy approximately 70,000 SF of which, 50,000SF will be located in the first floor and the remaining on the second floor.
The space will be comprised of labs, some of which will be two-storey high, offices, and common areas which will include reception, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, corridors, etc.
